Our comprehensive 360° Profile builds on the Extended Self Profile by collecting input from 8-10 of your peers, direct reports, and direct managers. The results are compiled into a comprehensive report which includes:

• Your overall engagement score as well as physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and recovery scores
• Comparison of your scores to those of your rater's for each question
• Comparison of your scores and norms based on over 75,000 people taken this profile to date
• Expanded bar graphs for each question, comparing your scores to norms
• Summary of your top 5 strengths and top 5 challenge areas
• A guide to next steps
• A guide to key targeted "muscles", the areas that need to be strengthened, for improvement in each energy dimension

Particpants and selected raters complete the 360° Profile online 2-4 weeks prior to their program/session. Results are debriefed with particiapnts as a fundamental part of the "Face the Truth" process.
