The Team Profile provides a snapshot of how well your team collectively manages its energy in service of what matters most.
Each team member completes a confidential 20-question assessment online. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes for each team member to complete.
A 2-page summary report is generated after everyone has completed the assessment. This report aggregates all the individual results into an easy to read team profile. Individual results are kept annonymous for the purpose of generating an open dialogue with the team as part of their profile deriefing. The report includes:
- Your team's overall energy score with interpretive descriptor
- Scores on each of the 20 questions grouped by energy dimension, showing the range of responses
- Degree of negative vs. positive stress experienced by the team
- The team's underlying areas of strength and/or potential challenge
- The team's biggest barriers to having more energy based on comments submitted by team members (provided to team leader seperately)
The Team Profile can be used in conjunction with our half-day workshops and executive briefings. It can also be used in conjunction with keynote presentations by collecting input from conference attendees prior to an event.
