Services: Facilitated In-House Programs


Our facilitated in-house programs are designed to help individuals and organizations move from merely having awareness and information about what to do, to actually taking action and effectively implementing sustainable changes. The programs can be delivered as an intensive 1-day or 2-day learning experience, or in a monthly modular format - all at the location of your choice.

Each program is tailored to meet the specific objectives of your organization based on four integrated elements:

  1. Individual and/or team assessment
  2. Exploration of the key principles and competencies of energy management and their application in the context of your organization.
  3. Creation of Presonal Action Plans based on our 3-step development process.
  4. Implementation support and follow-up coaching.

The first step in considering an in-house program is to meet and discuss your group's background, the specific business needs/goals this would be tied to, key objectives, and an implementation timeframe. With this background we can assemble a learning solution that best meets your expectations.
